The tongue, although it is a "little member," is very
powerful and also very difficult to control. When used
wisely, it can bless and comfort, but when used
unwisely, it can wound and kill. "Death and life are in
the power of the tongue." (Prov. 18:21.)
This workbook has been written with the hope that each
lesson will cause the student to be more aware of the
right and wrong uses of the tongue. Jesus said, "For by
thy words shalt thou be justified, and by thy words shalt
thou be condemned." (Matt. 12:37.)
The scriptures used in this workbook come from the
King James Version.
