The OVU Bible Bookstore provides a special automatic reordering
program to aid congregations in their curriculum ordering
process.
Once the educational director determines the types and quantities
of items needed for each class, we will continue to ship the same
items in ample time prior to each quarter. This assures your
teachers of receiving the material well in advance of the quarter
and eliminates the hassle of ordering for the educational
director.
When you receive the curriculum, you should examine the
merchandise immediately to make sure you have on hand all that
is needed. If additional items are needed, you will just call to
order the extra items. That same additional amount will then be
added to the following quarterly order through the summer
quarter. Each fall, new orders are established to properly adjust
the numbers to match changes made by class promotions.
If you receive excess inventory for any class, this merchandise
may be returned prior to the tenth day of the first month of
that quarter. Again, future orders would be adjusted to meet
these changes.
If your teachers are content to continue with the same
curriculum each quarter, this may be an excellent program for
you. It saves you from the hassle of contacting each teacher each
quarter for their order and then finding the time to call us to
place your order.
